1. What is the typical timeline for hiring and training staff at the 1-3 years experience level?

TrafficSupport.net already has a database of applicants who are available and ready for work.  Depending on the complexity of your requirements, however, we allow for one week to one month to properly identify and interview these applicants for recruitment and deployment.

2. Could I use one person to work on multiple campaigns if time and deliverables are managed correctly?

Yes.  TrafficSupport.net currently has clients with employees who do all-around work or are working on various campaigns.  While it is best to have an employee focus on a particular campaign, a multi-tasking set-up is not impossible.  What is more, we have set up various add-on services to help you manage different projects and various employees.

3. The listed rate for 3-5 years experience breaks out to about $10 per hour, do you monitor the 40 hours per week?

Yes.  We have two Web-based systems to do just that.  TrafficSupport.net gives you access to our administrative system that tracks the time logs of your employees including the time in, time out, breaks and leaves requested and availed.  You can also opt to have access to BaseCampHQ time tracking reports, which our project management system details how much time your employee spends on each of his or her tasks.

4. When work is not completed correctly or on time, who does the issue get escalated to?

You can address all work quality issues to Hans Koch at hans@trafficsupport.net or Eli Loper at eli@trafficsupport.net.

5. With search engine optimizers and link builders do you test their basic knowledge and train to your standards?

Yes.  All employees who do search engine optimization and link building are trained to our standards before they are deployed on any project.  What is more all search engine optimizers and link builders continuously update their skills by keeping track of all SEO-related developments as they happen making sure that they know what works, what still works, and what does not.

6. Is it possible to find one person who can do on-site search engine optimization and link building?

Yes.  The beauty of search engine optimization is that there are a lot of small pieces to the whole.  Yet, to be a good search engine optimizer, you must be able to understand how each piece fits or works in tandem with the other pieces.  On-site optimization and off-site optimizations may be two different aspects of SEO, but it is possible for one person to do both.

7. How much documentation and training material is required on my part to get up and running?

TrafficSupport.net hires only the best and qualified personnel for deployment.  As such, they already have experience working for a related industry or position if you require such experience.  We believe, however, that because every business is unique and different, training materials and documentation is vital for your employee to get a feel of and quickly adopt to your way of doing business.  As such, the more documentation and training you can give the personnel, the better.

These documentation and training materials will form the basis of what your employees will be working with and how they will move forward from thereon.  You and your team can build on, expand and improve on these processes and procedures as they work on your campaigns and projects.

8. Are salaries paid monthly? And is this payment up front or at month end?

Salaries to employees are paid on the 15th and 30th of every month. Clients are billed at the beginning of each month with a plus seven day payment terms.

9. If the outsourced employee is inadequate, how do you remedy the situation?

Traffic Support takes pride in recruiting and deploying only the best people for your outsourced employee.  More than this, we have evaluation and feedback systems that tracks and monitors your employees' performance and provide adequate feedback mechanisms to both you and your employee.  Traffic Support believes that this proactively stamps out any performance problems later on and adds another avenue of communication between the employee and yourself, as well as between the employee and Traffic Support.

When your employee, however, is not performing up to par, Traffic Support takes a three-step process in remedying the situation.

  1. One of Traffic Support's management staff talks to the employee in question about his or her performance.  Our management team gives the employee the feedback necessary for him or her to correct his or her weaker points, as well as the stronger ones.  We then work with the employee to find solutions and create attainable benchmarks to help him or her gain focus and remedy the situation.
  2. Traffic Support's management team also provides coaching and training to employees who are not performing as well as expected.  Our management staff is trained to help people on a variety of areas: from providing tools to help your outsourced employees become more efficient and productive, right down to personality enhancement and work ethics.
  3. Traffic Support resorts to stronger measures for repeatedly errant employees, including suspension without pay and termination of services.  While rare and only as a matter of last resort, Traffic Support will terminate employees who have shown a lack of progress in the areas of concern pointed out to him or her, or those who have utter disregard for their work, their employers, and co-workers.

If an employee gets terminated, Traffic Support will restart the recruitment and deployment process while also ensuring that your operations will not be adversely affected.
