Starting in the mid 90’s our executive team started to survey outsourcing providers. Working in different industries members of our team opened staff centers in India, Thailand, and Russia to perform operational tasks for firms in the United States. After being asked how to build a call center to handle customer service, we began contemplating outsourcing to the Philippines, home to the 3rd largest English speaking population in the world.

Traffic Support emerged as a business process outsourcing provider in Colorado, USA and Cebu, Philippines. Our first clients wanted voice capabilities and tech savvy personnel. Over the years we have extended into different niche industries including; online marketing, advertising agencies, software developers, construction, and accounting. Since we first opened, we have noticed that the Philippines produces an excellent skilled work force that speaks English clearly and cares about their company’s success. With both an operational background, and the resources to handle voice and call center needs, we can provide a completely outsourced solution.
